Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners/emotes/etc, but may not be used for profit. I will contact you via email for commercial works; there will be additional fees for commercial rights.

I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any A.I. engine is prohibited. I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.

Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc may be used by me to produce physical merchandise for my shop unless agreed upon otherwise

Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.

Please give me at most 3 weeks to complete the commission. Turnaround time may take longer if something arises or if your request is more complex. I value quality and detail, and thus put many hours into my drawings so please be patient. You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile! Updates are normally provided at the rough sketch, flat colors, and final check phases. Any change in this will be communicated.

Finalized commissions will be sent through email in a .png format unless agreed upon otherwise.

All commissions will be in my art style only.

Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but please give credit @icherrykitsune.

Please provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in additional fees or be declined. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.

I have the right to refuse any commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.

Payment is via PayPal only. An invoice will be sent by me. A deposit of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working. Once the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working and complete your request.

If for reasons you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit but BEFORE the sketch has been approved, I can give a partial refund (I will retain 25% of the total cost minimum.)

In the rare event I cannot complete the commission at all, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I have completed. (I will retain 25% of the total cost minimum.)

Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancelation by me apart from 50% of the total payment.

Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch (and flat colors if necessary) for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed. Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.

Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.

Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full res .png files of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered.
